This is a game of chance played by picking three numbers and choosing between a fun variety of ways to play. There are two daily draws for the Kentucky Pick 3: in the afternoon at about 1:20 pm ET, and in the evening at about 11 pm. Play both draws for more chance of winning!

From April 13th, 2020 balls and machines in the Pick 3 draw will not be used. Instead, a dedicated computer will randomly generate the numbers of the draws.

How to Play KY Pick 3

• Firstly, you choose three of your favourite numbers, from 000 - 999 (you can choose the same number more than once). You can also use the Quick Pick option for a randomly selected choice of numbers.
• Then select what sort of wager you would like, between $0.50 - $5.
• Select your wager amount to play with.
• Then all you need to do is choose your draw times (Midday, Evening or Both) and the number of draws you would like to play.
• Advance Play allows you to play any day, for seven days in advance, Sunday - Saturday.
• Play It Again allows you to use your same numbers again by just handing in your ticket and asking for the “Play It Again” option.

Play Styles

There are several interesting ways to play Pick 3 with different prizes involved:

• Straight: Match the winning numbers in the exact order
• Super Straight: Match the winning numbers in the order
• Box: Match the winning numbers in any order
• Straight & Box: Match the winning numbers in the exact order, or in any order
• Combo: All possible combinations of your chosen numbers
• Front Pair/Back Pair/Split: Instead of selecting three numbers, you choose two numbers. These 2 numbers must then match either the first, the last, or the front and back two winning numbers in the exact order
• 1-Off: Match your numbers in order or off one digit higher or one digit lower

Claiming your Pick 3 Prizes

• Prize wins can be claimed straight after the relevant draws.
• Draws are made for the Pick 3 twice a day: Midday at 1:20 pm ET and Evening 11 pm ET.
• You must claim your prize within 180 days of the relevant draw or risk losing your prize.
